CloudRecover has joined KeepItSafe® and will operate under the identity of this worldwide brand. KeepItSafe is a leading technology company owned by j2 Global Inc., a $1.2B public company that serves more than 12 million customers worldwide. CloudRecover will continue to support LiveVault, Asigra and Veeam backup technologies using Australian data centres and a local customer service team. Our new email address will be @keepitsafe.com.au and there will be a new website to reflect the name change.

Changing CloudRecover’s name to KeepItSafe/j2 Global Inc. will allow us to expand our portfolio and include more services than ever! As a KeepItSafe customer, you’ll be able to choose from a comprehensive set of solutions that are hosted securely in over 50 countries around the world.

You will receive invoices under the KeepItSafe brand, but our bank details and bank name will remain the same until further notification.
